Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During the busy holiday season, carrier delays can occasionally add a few days, so we recommend ordering early to have your advent calendar ready for December 1.

Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $4.99 USD per order, no matter how many items are in it or where you are in the world.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide, to all countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Skip the Line
Orders with Skip the Line are moved to the front of our processing queue and are prepared and handed to the carrier first.

Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send you a replacement.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
